A.J. Velasquez brings nearly 30 years of CFO, executive, and operational leadership experience to CFO Central. Throughout his career, he has worked with businesses ranging from start-ups to companies generating $100 million in annual revenue.

A.J. Velasquez brings nearly 30 years of CFO, executive, and operational leadership experience to CFO Central. Throughout his career, he has worked with businesses ranging from start-ups to companies generating $100 million in annual revenue.
In one executive leadership role, A.J. helped guide a manufacturing company from approximately $22 million to $50 million in annual revenue over six years. He also served as General Manager of a manufacturing operation with responsibility for approximately 220 employees.
This combination of financial and operational leadership gives A.J. a practical understanding of how decisions involving people, pricing, productivity, purchasing, capacity, inventory, and workflow affect cash flow and profitability.
At CFO Central, he helps leadership teams understand what is driving performance, identify what may be limiting results, and determine what actions to consider next.

Rick Mull brings 40 years of executive-level experience in business development, sales leadership, revenue strategy, operations, and entrepreneurship.
His experience includes building and leading sales organizations responsible for more than $50 million in recurring annual revenue, supporting national expansion initiatives, developing growth strategies, and helping organizations navigate significant change.
Rick has also owned and led multiple businesses, giving him firsthand insight into the opportunities, pressures, and uncertainty business owners face.
At CFO Central, Rick helps business owners identify their financial leadership needs and connects them with the appropriate level of guidance, advisory support, or CFO-level leadership. He also builds relationships with bankers, CPAs, attorneys, economic development professionals, and other trusted advisers who serve the business community.
Rick is the author of Are You Selling to Potential? and has spent much of his career helping businesses strengthen their positioning and turn opportunities into sustainable growth.
